 This weekend Demi Lovato decided to take a break from Twitter.Before she signed off, she Tweeted one last message to followers: "Twitter break. It's for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway... BYE!"

We all know that Miley loves animals, especially dogs! Well, for Liam's 22nd birthday she got him a puppy!

Just a couple of days ago Mile gave away her present by posting this tweet: “Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever! Thank you for putting the cherry on top and making Liam’s bday a TT!” She then revealed the present by posting a picture of the puppy and wrote “Meet Ziggy ”

Actress and singer Demi Lovato has a repuation for always giving back whenever she can. She has recently been through a lot of problems in her life and has obviously received help from others. Whether they are friends or family, she always has someone to rely on. Accordingly, she is now letting people rely on her by becoming the spokesperson for Dosomething.org's Teen for Jeans campaign.
